Use this set of four Mini Silicone Pie Pan Shields by Norpro to protect the crust edge from burning on your delicious mini pies.  Pie shields replace the use of aluminum foil that falls off leaving crust exposed to burn and are easier to use, simply place pre-formed shield on pie, no cutting or shaping.  Shields fit 5 to 6 inch mini pies and are heat resistant to 450°F.
