I received my lovely and stylish umbrella and tried it out immediately. It worked; however, when it rained and I tried to use it, the umbrella would not open. I called customer service and the agent I spoke with was wonderful. She said they would send out a replacement umbrella the same day. No hassles, no problems! Wonderful customer service! A pleasure doing business with them!
