CARE & USAGE INSTRUCTIONS: To Use Cold : Seal in a plastic bag and place in a freezer for several hours. To Wash Cover: Open side zipper and transfer fill into a container. Hand wash cover in cold water, hang dry and then replace the fill. Do not allow the fill to get wet. Not Microwave safe due to zipper.
